Three formats, each with its own moment in the viewing.

Overlay

An overlay ad at the bottom and at the top of the player while the episode plays

A strip at the bottom or the top of the player while the episode keeps playing

A banner across the lower or upper part of the player, roughly 4:1, while the episode keeps playing. It stays for a few seconds, and you know how long before it appears. Taps around the strip still reach your player.

Pause

A pause ad as a card over the paused episode, and as a full-screen ad

Left: a card over the paused episode. Right: the full-screen variant with its own Resume

Shown when the viewer pauses, to fill a screen that would otherwise be still. Two shapes, chosen per ad:
  • A card at the top or bottom of the player, the size of a square banner. Your own controls stay usable around it.
  • Full screen: the ad fills the player and has its own Resume button.
It stays until the viewer resumes.

Linear

A full-screen linear video ad with a Skip control

A full-screen video, with Skip when the advertiser allows it

A full-screen video ad before, between or after episodes. Your content pauses while it plays.
  • Skippable or not is the advertiser’s choice. When allowed, a Skip button appears after a few seconds.
  • End card: many advertisers add a still with a call to action after the video; the viewer closes it with ✕.
